Mobile Patrol Officer
Vehicle-based patrol across multiple client properties. Alarm response, lock/unlock, and client reporting.
Event Security Supervisor
Lead a team of guards at major events across NSW, VIC and SA. Plan briefings, manage deployments, and report to our ops team.
Loss Prevention Officer
Plainclothes loss prevention in retail and commercial environments. Observation, reporting, and customer interaction.

In-Person Interview
Successful applicants will be invited to a face-to-face interview at our NSW, VIC and SA offices. We'll walk through your experience, discuss the role in detail, and introduce you to the Nastan approach.

Vetting & Compliance
We conduct a police clearance check, verify your NSW, VIC and SA security licence, and confirm your First Aid certification. This process is straightforward and our team will guide you through every step.

Onboarding & First Shift
You'll complete our Nastan onboarding program — covering our procedures, reporting tools, communication protocols, and site-specific requirements. Then you're deployed with an experienced supervisor for your first shift.
